DESIGN SERVICES
VII House is founded on the belief that every space has untapped potential. My approach to design is centered on seeing beyond what a room is and imagining what it can become. I balance beauty, function, and individuality to create spaces that feel intentional, personal, and connected to the people who live in them.
Rather than designing around one specific style, I focus on the client, the architecture, and the feeling the space should create. Every detail is chosen with purpose to bring the overall vision to life. For me, design is not simply about decorating a space—it is about transforming it into something meaningful, distinctive, and lasting.
Designed for clients who want to transform the way an existing room or home looks, feels, and functions. We begin by understanding your lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and overall vision before developing a thoughtful design direction tailored to the space.
This service may include furniture layouts, space planning, color palettes, material selections, lighting recommendations, furnishings, décor, and custom design details. Every element is considered together to create an interior that feels cohesive, functional, and distinctly personal rather than simply decorated.
Whether you are redesigning one room or several connected spaces, we provide a clear visual plan that allows you to move forward with confidence.
Interior Design & Space Planning
Interior design guidance for clients building a new home, remodeling an existing property, or making significant structural and cosmetic updates. We help establish a cohesive interior vision early in the process so that each permanent selection works together throughout the completed space.
This service may include flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint colors, architectural details, and other interior finish selections. We can also provide design concepts and visual guidance to help you better understand how the finished space will look and feel before major decisions are finalized.
VII House works alongside homeowners, builders, contractors, and other project professionals to maintain a consistent design direction throughout the project. Our role is to bring clarity to the selection process, reduce disconnected decisions, and ensure the final result reflects the original vision.
Renovation & New Construction Design
Created for clients whose space is structurally complete but still feels unfinished, disconnected, or lacking personality. We carefully select the furnishings and decorative elements needed to give the interior warmth, balance, character, and a polished final appearance.
This service may include furniture, rugs, window treatments, artwork, mirrors, lighting, pillows, accessories, and decorative objects. Existing pieces may also be incorporated when they complement the new design direction and contribute meaningfully to the finished space.
The goal is not to fill a room with décor, but to create an intentional and collected environment where every piece contributes to the overall experience. The result is a space that feels complete, visually distinctive, and reflective of the people who live there.
